Recently, I had the incredible privilege of working with a stunning mama-to-be, Crystle, for her maternity session. Crystle, along with her supportive husband Evan and their adorable child, EJ, brought so much joy and love to the shoot, making it an unforgettable experience.
We began the session with Crystle in a flowing brown tulle gown. The warm tones accentuated the glow emanating from Crystle, perfectly capturing the magic of motherhood. The soft fabric of the gown draped beautifully around her curves, highlighting her baby bump in a truly exquisite way.
For the next part of the session, Crystle transformed into a radiant goddess in a beige lace dress with delicate wings. The switch to a tan backdrop provided a touch of lightness, creating a more whimsical and ethereal feel. The addition of the wings added a touch of whimsy, a perfect metaphor for the new life Crystle was about to bring into the world.
Finally, we incorporated a pop of color with a vibrant rainbow fabric backdrop. The rainbow fabric was something she wanted to use to commemorate her baby as this was the first baby after 2 miscarriages. EJ and Evan had a contest on who could throw the fabric the best on either side of this gorgeous mama. It was a lot of fun and I love how much they both were so very into making her look the best!
Throughout the session, Evan's unwavering support and love for Crystle were truly heartwarming. Their tender interactions and EJ's infectious enthusiasm created a truly special atmosphere that radiated through the lens. It was a joy to capture these precious moments for this beautiful family as they embarked on this incredible journey of parenthood.
This maternity session was a beautiful reminder of the strength, grace, and pure joy of motherhood. Crystle's inner and outer beauty shone brightly throughout the shoot, and I am so grateful to have been a part of capturing this special time in her life.
