Sweet little Hattie graced my Duluth-based studio recently. She snoozed peacefully through most of her session. We started off with parent poses where she let out some adorable smiles in her parent's arms. Then we moved on to sibling poses where her big sister, Ella, a sweet and adorable five-year-old, did such a great job posing with her baby sister. When she was done, little miss Ella kept herself entertained by showering Stella, the resident studio dog, with affection who adored every minute of it.
Knowing their dad was a pilot, I couldn't resist incorporating a few aviation-themed setups. We swaddled Hattie in a beige swaddle and placed her on a world map and put a little pilot hat on her head. I also put her in a little white chair in a pilot outfit and a tiny luggage case with a tiny passport and map. It was sooooo cute!
Of course, no newborn girl's session is complete without a touch of pink! We created a series of dreamy setups with soft pink textures and delicate floral accents. Hattie, even in her sleep, looked perfectly at home and content in her adorable pink setups.
The whole session was amazing and it was wonderful watching these two loving parents who are so proud of their girls.
